3E Europe Limited (“3E”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regard your privacy as important. If you use an email address provided by an organisation with which you are affiliated, such as an employer, to access 3E online services, the owner of the domain (e.g., your employer) associated with your email address may:

1. control and administer your 3E user account, and;
2. access and process your data, including the contents of any files you have uploaded.

We do not share, sell or otherwise lease your personal information with third-parties. If you are using 3E products on behalf of an organisation, such as your employer, that organisation may access your data, including any personal information you have provided. All information collected by 3E products is stored in the United Kingdom. Personal information that we keep in order to manage subscriptions to 3E products, and for sales and marketing purposes is stored using a third-party product whose data centre is located in the United Kingdom

The vast majority of information we collect about you is stored in the United Kingdom. Aggregate data, such as number of visitors to our website and their locations, is collected through our use of Google Analytics, and is stored by Google on our behalf in one of their data centres. Please refer to the Google Privacy Policy for more information.

3E offers visitors who provide contact information a means to choose how 3E uses the information provided. In addition, you may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of the 3E’s marketing emails. You may also unsubscribe by contacting us using the information in the “Contact Us" section below.

3E may retain your information for a period of time consistent with the original purpose of collection. For instance, we may retain your information during the time in which you have an account to use our products or services and for a reasonable period of time afterwards. We also may retain your information during the period of time needed for us to pursue our legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

If you are an employee of a 3E customer, you may also wish to contact your company’s system administrator for assistance in correcting or updating your information. Requests to access, change, or delete your information will be addressed within a reasonable time frame.

3E’s customers may electronically submit data or information to the services for hosting and processing purposes (“Customer Data”). 3E will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except as provided in 3E’s Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. In accordance with 3E’s Subscription Agreement, 3E may access Customer Data only for the purpose of providing services or preventing or addressing service or technical problems or as may be required by law.

3E acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. If personal information pertaining to you as an individual has been submitted to us by a 3E customer and you wish to exercise any rights you may have to access, correct, amend, or delete such data, please inquire with our customer directly. Because 3E personnel have limited ability to access data our customers submit to our services, if you wish to make your request directly to 3E, please provide the name of the 3E customer who submitted your data to our services. We will refer your request to that customer and will support them as needed in responding to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

3E reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy. 3E will provide notification of the material changes to this Privacy Policy through 3E’s websites at least thirty business days prior to the change taking effect.
