We are 3E Europe Ltd, a software company founded in 1995 and based at St. John’s Innovation Centre in Cambridge, UK.

We provide solutions for clinical governance, risk and compliance under the brand name CIRIS, which stands for Continuous Improvement in Regulated Industries and Services.

Our solutions are focused on the clinical setting and are designed to work around the customer’s business processes and not the other way round. They are modular and integrate with each other.

All the solutions are user configurable without the need for programming. We use pre-built modules as a starting point for configuring solutions tailored precisely to the client’s requirement but we can easily configure entirely new applications from scratch.
